FiberOS Request early access

Fiber ISP operations platform

Run your fiber ISP
from one place.

OLTs, routers, subscribers, billing, TV boxes — one portal. Built and battle-tested inside a working FTTH operator, not a demo lab.

OLT fleet

Every OLT. Boards, ONTs, autofind — no CLI session juggling.

FiberOS keeps one serialized session per OLT and turns display walks into pages your whole team can read. Provision an ONT in a guided flow; the platform writes the service-ports, the GEM mappings, both VLANs. Legacy OLTs mount read-only — your live base is visible but untouchable.

  • Huawei MA5800 family, GPON & XGS-PON
  • Autofind worklist → authorize → verify, in one screen
  • Writes gated by RBAC and a per-OLT kill-switch

Router & IPAM

Your address plan, read from the router itself.

No spreadsheet to keep in sync. FiberOS walks your MikroTik over SSH — read-only, enforced in code — and draws the address space as a tree: containers, subnets, pools, live assignments. Overlaps, orphan pools and server/pool mismatches surface as a worklist. It has found real routing faults on our own core that three people had walked past.

  • Multi-router: legacy core and new edge, side by side
  • DHCP, PPPoE, NAT, firewall — every tab from one snapshot
  • Structurally read-only: only print ever reaches the wire

Subscribers & billing

Every drop is a worklist, not a table.

Locations carry the service — package, ONT, VLANs, expiry. Expiring soon, expired, needs-a-package: each filter is a queue somebody can actually clear. Renewals, invoices and payments in the same flow, with fiscal receipts where the law wants them.

  • Per-location packages with OLT profile sync
  • Contracts generated and recorded, terms versioned
  • Fiscalization built in (Kosovo ATK today; pluggable by design)

Also in the box

TR-069 / ACS

Customer CPE inventory, parameters and linking, powered by GenieACS under the hood.

Android TV fleet

Your own launcher on every box: per-MAC app manifests, silent OTA updates, promo media — offline-safe.

IPTV plumbing

Playlists imported and refreshed from upstream sources, M3U served per subscriber.

RBAC + audit

Every permission is a string, every write is a log line. Two auth layers, one truth.

Migration tooling

Batch-move a legacy base to a new stack with readiness gates, RADIUS staging and per-drop blockers.

Field operations

Tickets, attendance, technician mobile app, per-client live network view for support calls.

Why it exists

We run an ISP. This is the software we couldn't buy.

FiberOS comes out of Negenet, a fiber operator in Ferizaj, Kosovo. We had the usual stack quote: one SaaS for the OLT, another for billing, a third for CPE management, a fourth for the TV boxes — four vendors, four logins, four supports, and still nobody could tell us why a drop wasn't passing traffic.

So we built the thing we actually needed: one portal where the OLT, the routers, the subscriber and their TV box are the same record. Every feature on this page exists because a technician, a support call or an outage demanded it. It runs our network today — the screenshots above are it, live.
